The Hazelnuts we use are grown in the Langhe region of Piedmont. Their sweet, delicate flavour enhances our chocolates, giving them an elegant and uniquely pleasant touch.
We select the very best pistachios, including the Green Pistachio from Bronte often called the "gold of the Mediterranean". It has a slightly sweet, aromatic flavour that gives it a unique and irresistible taste.
Rich in essential nutrients and with a crunchy texture and rich-yet-delicate flavour, our almonds—sourced exclusively from the Mediterranean—combine with intense chocolate to create unique recipes that epitomise Italian excellence.
Our cocoa is sourced from the best plantations, giving the chocolate a wide array of flavours, including bitter and intense or sweet and aromatic notes. By 2025, Venchi aims to have all its cocoa certified by the Rainforest Alliance, thus guaranteeing a sustainable supply chain that respects local communities.
We take great care and pay close attention to detail when selecting our high-quality raw materials, which is reflected in recipes that—in keeping with the Mediterranean diet—are authentic and balanced. This ensures that our chocolate and gelato are not only delicious, but good for you too.
